Creating Student Accounts
•Instructors may enroll different types of students
–New students
–Eligible Students
–Incomplete Students
•In order to enroll a new student, instructors or main contacts must first create a student account. 
New students - students who are new to the Academy Program and do not have an account
Eligible Students - students who have taken other courses in the Academy Program, have an account and have met the prerequisites for the course
Incomplete Students - students who were previously marked incomplete in the same course

When creating student accounts some information is optional:
•First Name
•Last Name
•Email Address
•Student ID

To minimize the administrative burden on Instructors and Main contracts they may create a student account with only a serial number and password that is generated by the system.
