Changing Student’s Passwords
•Instructors are unable to view student’s passwords.  •However, if a student has forgotten their password and is therefore having difficulty logging into the Academy Connection an instructor may reset the student’s password for them.
Once the instructor has requested a new password the instructor will receive a confirmation page in which they can view the temporary password.  If the student’s email address has been stored in the system, the student will also receive a message with their new password.  The first time the student logs on to the system with the new password they will be required to change their password.
