Discussion boards are designed and encouraged on issues relating to courses and the academy learning experience.
	Discussion board examples include:  CCNA Lesson Plans & Best Practices, Professional Development, Training and Retooling, and new instructor support.
	Discussion boards will be based upon the role of the user.
